How to get Started
To be able to get the most of the Nordic Walking elements of the classes, it is important to know the correct pole technique.
We invite everyone to a free introductory session so you can learn the basic Nordic Walking technique and find out more about the beginner's course and fitness classes.
If you decide Nordic Walking is just what you're looking for, you can sign up to the beginners course. Here you will learn how to build up your technique to get a cardio- vascular workout and improve your posture.
The beginners course is delivered over two sessions, once you have completed both sessions, you can buy a set of poles and head off Nordic Walking. You can also join our Nordic Walking Group and access our Nordic Fitness Sessions
