I have always been interested in health and fitness and making the best of life whatever the circumstances.

I got involved in health and fitness back in 1991 when I trained to be a movement to musiteacher, since then I have had a variety of jobs supporting others to improve their lifestyles. 

In 2003 I completed a degree in Exercise and Health Science and went on to work as a Health Development Officer, providing opportunities for people to have a healthier lifestyle. 

Over the next few years, I became more and more interested in all elements of health and well-being - physical, emotional and social.

By caring for our physical and emotional health, we are more able to do and give our best in life, for ourselves and those around us.

For the last 14 years, I have continued to study, always eager to learn more ways to help and support people to be at their best. I am now in a position to offer what, I believe, is a holistic health and well being service.
